City planning director sells Vegas 4BD

Steven and Ann Dush sold a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 7292 Iron Oak Ave. in Las Vegas to Neal and Nancy Sabino for $330,000 on April 12.
The Dushs bought the property for $587,000 in Aug. 2005. The 2,810-square-foot house was built in Mountains Edge/West Enterprise. It is located in the Nevada Trails subdivision.
Mr. Dush has been the planning director for the City of Fort Collins. He formerly worked as planning manager for the City of Henderson and was a principal planner for Clark County.
He obtained a B.S. in political science and a master's in community and regional planning from the University of Nebraska.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 35,949 home sales in Unincorporated Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $122,000.
