Hotelier buys Henderson 5BD home

Dinesh and Natalia Rao bought a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 1549 Sabatini Dr. in Henderson from Loreto and Lilia Versoza for $305,000 on April 20.

Loreto ad Lilia Versoza bought the property for $269,156 on April 22, 2002. The 2,855-square-foot house was built in 2002 in the Seven Hills Area neighborhood.

Mr. Rao serves as general manager of Courtyard by Marriot at the San Antonio Airport located in Texas. He obtained his degree in hotel administration from the University of Las Vegas.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 9,741 home sales in Henderson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $175,000.
