V.P. of architecture sells home in Las Vegas

David and Carla Cousley sold a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 8328 Paseo Vista Drive in Las Vegas to Bota Elena Cornelia and Joel Gerardo Rodriguez for $360,000 on April 27.

The Cousleys acquired the house for $635,000 in June 2006. The 3,083-square-foot house in Summerlin North neighborhood was built in 1995.

Mr. Cousley serves as vice president of of architecture for TKC Design P.C., a firm affiliated with The Korte Co. The Korte Co. is a fully integrated design and build contractor that provides single source project delivery.

He received a B.A. from the University of Illinois, and a master's in architecture and M.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 23,083 sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $110,000.
