Kevin George Wolthausen and his wife, Michel, bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 11009 Summer Storm Court in Las Vegas from Thomas R. Desiderato and Lori Desiderato for $450,000 on May 13.
The Desideratos paid $287,575 for the property in April 1999. The 3,169-square-foot house was built in 1999 in Summerlin North.
Mr. Wolthausen is the defensive line coach for the Las Vegas Locomotives of the United Football league. Previously, he held the same position for the Atlanta Falcons and the University of Louisville, and he was associate head coach at Eastern Michigan University.
He graduated from Humboldt State University. He also attended California State University-Northridge and Santa Barbara City College.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 22,969 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a medium sales price of $111,000.
