Coca-Cola account exec gets Henderson 4BD

Jason and Charolotte Polhemus bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 57 Feather Sound Drive in Henderson from HSBC Bank USA National Association and Wells Fargo Asset Securities Corp. for $409,000 on May 6.

The 2,875-square-foot house, which was built in 2000 in Anthem/MacDonald Ranch, was transferred to HSBC Bank USA National Association and Wells Fargo Asset Securities Corp. in Oct. 2009.

Mr. Polhemus is a national account executive at Coca-Cola Enterprises in Las Vegas. He previously worked with Nevada Title Co. as the director of sales and marketing. He was also a manager at Coca-Cola Bottling of Las Vegas.

He graduated from UNLV and he attended the University of Phoenix.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 9,911 home sales in Henderson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $172,000.
