The estate of Harold and Paulette Fryer have listed for sale a three-bedroom, 1.75-bath home at 509 Dee Circle in Boulder City for $399,900.

The 2,800-square-foot house, which was built in 1984, is in North of 93. It is located in the Lakeview Sites subdivision.

Mr. Fryer was a philanthropist and had the Harold and Paulette Fryer Intensive Care Unit in Saddleback Memorial Medical Center named such for him and his wife's contributions.

He also served on the U.S. Coast Guard and was a small-business entrepreneur, real estate investor and antique car hobbyist.
