Religious institution exec buys 4BD in Summerlin North

Medium 3f672afcc0cf73bd4c81f4310bbc922d Nancy Weinberger bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 10221 Plomosa Place in Las Vegas from Joseph Perazzo, Jr., and Jacqueline Lincer for $340,000 on May 27.

Perazzo and Lincer paid $255,905 for the property in Aug. 1995. The 2,545-square-foot house was built in 1996 in Summerlin North.

Ms. Weinberger serves as the executive director of Congregation Ner Tamid, a religious institution. She has a long history of involvement in the Jewish community. She previously worked as preschool teacher and associate director in a synagogue in Denver. 

She attended Columbia College-Missouri and studied Psychology at the University of California-Irvine.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 23,083 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $110,000.
