Resorts holding co. exec deals in North Las Vegas

Paula and Martin Meads sold a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath at 7305 Bugler Swan Way in North Las Vegas to Chia Chung Chao and Wen Shao for $300,000 on June 18.
The Meadses paid $753,832 for the property in Nov. 2005. The 3,635-square-foot home in North Las Vegas West was built in 2005.
Ms. Meads is director at Sunterra Corp., a North Las Vegas-based company that engages in the acquisition, development, operation, marketing, and sale of vacation ownership resorts. She is also the Florida Caribbean business manager at Diamond Resorts International.
She attended Michigan Technological University.
Chao and Shao also own a home at 7256 Summer Duck Way in North Las Vegas. They paid $579,379 for the property in June 2006.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 10,909 home sales in North Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $110,000.
