Kipp Sherer and Jennifer Janisch have listed for sale a two-bedroom, two-bath home at 8260 Haven St. in Las Vegas Unincorporated for $399,000.
Sherer and Janisch bought the home for $800,000 in July 2006. The home was built in 1987 in East of 15. Crystal Wilson of Win Win Real Estate Inc. is the agent for the listing.
Sherer and Janisch are the founders of Drive-ins.com, a comprehensive and continuously updated web site dedicated to drive-in movie theaters and their history and features an online searchable database of almost 5000 drive-ins. Janisch formerly worked as business analyst.
Janisch earned a B.S. degree in industrial business management from Carnegie Mellon University.
Sherer is the information technology director of OmniReliant Holdings Inc. He formerly worked with Beyond Commerce Inc., Cubis Financial Ltd. and DataX Ltd. a SellingSource Co.
He studied at Carnegie Mellon University, Kent State University and Stark State College.
