Holding company president and CEO seeks $1.75M for Las Vegas 4BD

Kirk Kerkorian has listed for sale a four-bedroom, six-bath home at 3199 Bel Air Drive in Unincorporated Las Vegas for $1.75 million.
Kerkorian paid $1,989,000 for the property in Dec. 1992. The 5,386-square-foot house was built in 1990 in Las Vegas Country Club. It is located in the Las Vegas International Country Club Estate subdivision. Lauren Stark of Elite Realty is the listing agent for the home.
Mr. Kerkorian is the president and CEO of Tracinda Corp., his private holding company based in Beverly Hills, California and the former DaimlerChrysler shareholder buying up General Motors stock.
He is an Armenian-American billionaire who is known as one of the important figures in shaping the city of Las Vegas. He is currently listed as the 307th richest person.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 33,967 home sales in Unincorporated Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $122,735.
