The Westmarks paid $710,000 for the property in Aug. 2006. The 4,457-square-foot home was built in 2004 in Northeast Las Vegas. It is located in the Steeplechase subdivision.

Bill Berning of Prudential Americana Group is the listing agent for the home.

Mr. Westmark has served as the principal of The Westmark Group, an environmental consulting firm. Previously, he was a senior environmental scientist at Western Technologies.

He attended the University of California-Davis.
