Media group publisher selling Las Vegas 5BD for $2.3M

Michael T. Carr and his wife, Jenni, have listed for sale a five-bedroom, six-bath home at 2564 Red Arrow Drive in Las Vegas for $2.3 million.
The Carrs bought the property for $460,000 in Dec. 2000. The 5,371-square-foot residence, which was built in 2003, is in Red Rock Country Club at Summerlin. Jacquelyne Bielinski of Luxury Homes of Las Vegas is the agent for the property.
Mr. Carr is the president of the Greenspun Media Group, the publisher of titles such as Vegas and the Las Vegas Sun. He has held this position since 2003.
He previously was the president of publishing at Playboy as well as the president and CEO of Wieder Publications.
According to Blockshopper.com, there have been 35,432 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $122,000.
