Dr. Agapito B. Racoma and Dr. Estela O. Racoma sold a four-bedroom, five-bath home at 11605 Evergreen Creek Lane in Unincorporated Las Vegas to Wan Huei Kang and Chang Hsiumei Kang for $760,000 on July 22.
The Racomas paid $724,238 for the property in June 2002. The 3,823-square-foot house was built in 2002 in Summerlin North. It is located in the Rock Country Club at Summerlin subdivision.
Dr. Racoma has practiced psychiatry at Associated Psychiatric Services in Pahrump. He has been affiliated with Montevista Hospital.
He received his M.D. from Cebu Institute of Medicine and completed his residency in psychiatry at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center.
Dr. Racoma has been a pediatrician at Rainbow Pediatrics. She was also affiliated with Charter Behavioral Health Systems and Montevista Hospital.
She received her M.D. from Cebu Institute of Medicine in 1975 and completed her residency at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center.
