Assistant preschool teacher sells Summerlin North 4BD

Miryam Saham and Israel Joe Saham sold a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 8832 Cortile Drive in Las Vegas from William MacDonald Jr. and Elizabeth MacDonald for $470,000 on Aug. 13.

Mr. Saham paid $555,000 for the property in March 2004. The 3,510-square-foot house was built in 1995 in Summerlin North.

Ms. Saham has been an assistant preschool teacher at the Adelson Campus.

The Sahams sold a three-bedroom, 5.5-bath home at 820 Canyon Greens Drive in Las Vegas for $2.098 million in March 2004. They also sold a six-bedroom, three-bath home at 2717 Monrovia Drive in Las Vegas for $248,000 in July 2001.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 23,062 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $111,000.
