Robert L. Buckhannon and Marlena Michaels bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 1017 Windfair Village St. in Las Vegas from Frederick M. Doumani and Sydney L. Doumani for $375,000 on Aug. 23.

The Doumanis paid $260,000 for the property in April 2009. The 2,493-square-foot house was built in 1999 in Southwest Las Vegas. It is located in the Peccole Ranch subdivision.

Mr. Buckhannon is a managing director at Arcanum Equity Fund LLC an investment fund in Bradenton, Florida.

He attended Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan and Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 22,969 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $111,000.
