Scott I. Mattox and Mieko Mattox sold a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 6224 Traddles St. in Las Vegas to Timothy D. Kline for $300,000 on Aug. 31.
Mr. Mattox paid $293,750 for the property in March 2002. The 4,113-square-foot house was built in 2002 in Northeast Las Vegas. It is located in the Copperfield subdivision.
Mr. Mattox is the chief financial officer at Truline Corporation and at Estenson Logistics, LLC. He previously served as an accountant at Mark A. Murphy, Ltd., and as the chief financial officer with Bay Resorts and Sunbelt Communications.
He holds an M.B.A. in business from Chapman University, a B.S. in accounting from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte and an A.A. in business administration from Coastal Carolina Community College.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 22,969 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $111,000.
