Missouri state representative acquires 5BD in Las Vegas

Medium f1bf1e8dff58253d40c3aeae808a7c76 Steven Tilley and his wife, Kellie, bought a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 9609 Bel Sole Court in Las Vegas from Charles N. Griffin for $500,000 on Sept. 1.

Griffin paid $720,000 for the property in July 2010. The 4,632-square-foot house was built in 2005 in Mountains Edge/West Enterprise. It is located in the Monterey Manor & Cove at Mountains Edge subdivision.

Mr. Tilley serves as representative for District 106 in Perry, St. Francois and Ste. Genevieve Counties in the Missouri House of Representatives, where he has served as the chairman of the House Special committee on General Laws, chairman of the House Ethics committee, and as majority floor leader. In addition, he also serves as an optometrist at Tilley Eye Center in Perryville, Missouri.

He has a doctorate of optometry from the University of Missouri St. Louis School of Optometry and received a B.S. degree from Southeast Missouri State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 35,789 home sales in Las Vegas uninc. during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $122,000.
