Trust of bridal events business buys Las Vegas 4BD

The Revocable Trust of John and Debra Hansen bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 2225 Duneville St. in Unincorporated Las Vegas from Nancy Nguyen for $324,000 on Sept. 14.

The 2,802-square-foot house was built in 1993. It is located in Southwest Las Vegas neighborhood.

Ms. Hansen is president at Bridal Spectacular Events Inc. Prior to that, she was president at A Brides Bouquet Florist and at The Flower Factory.

She graduated from Hillsborough Community College and attended University of South Florida and Indian River Community College.

According to BlockShopper.com there have been 90 home sales in Unincorporated Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $168,000.
