The 2,712-square-foot house was built in 2005 in North Las Vegas West neighborhood. The Paresis acquired the property for $559,363 in Oct. 2005.

Mr. Devonshire is a contracts specialist at Altria Corporate Services Inc., the parent company of the parent company of Philip Morris USA.

He previously worked as a contracts manager at TecWorks.

Ms. Paresi is an account executive at KLAS TV.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 11,235 home sales in North Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $111,000.
