Mortgage bankers sell 5BD in Henderson

Mirajoy M. Rayo and Arturo C. Casimiro Jr., sold their five-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 441 Punto Vallata Drive in Henderson to Deutsche Bank National Trust Co. for $365,000 on July 7.

The 4,424-square-foot house was built in 2006 in the neighborhood of Henderson Townsite/Carver Park. Rayo and Casimiro acquired the property for $810,835 in May 2006.

Rayo is a mortgage banker at Direct Access Lending.

Casimiro works as a mortgage consultant at Meridias Capital.

He attended the University of Las Vegas.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 9,890 home sales in Henderson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $168,280.
