Divers equipment supplier sells Las Vegas 2BD

Carole and Arthur Haugen sold a two-bedroom, one-bath at 5720 Charleston Blvd. in Unincorporated Las Vegas to CSL Group LLC for $710,000 on Oct. 8.

Mr. Haugen acquired the property in June 2004. The 960-square-foot home in Central Sunrise Manor was built in 1975.

Haugen is the owner of Desert Divers Supply in Las Vegas. She is also an independent sales representative at Avon Cosmetics and a travel consultant at A Destination Travel Altour.

She attended Clark High School and University of Nevada-Las Vegas.

The Haugens own a home at 4718 Regalo Bello St. in Unincorporated Las Vegas.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 35,789 home sales in Unincorporated Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $122,000.
