The 3,151-square-foot house was built in 2004 in Bard/Central Enterprise. It is located in Southern Highlands.

John Breitling has been the vice president of operations at Breitling Ventures LLC, an investment company.

Prior to that, he worked as an IT project manager at Golden Nugget and as a software design engineer at Expedia Inc.

He attended Florida State University, College of Business.

Tom Breitling has been the president of Breitling Ventures. He has served as student mentor at Andre Agassi College Preparatory Academy.

He worked at Las Vegas Reservation Systems Inc. as vice president. He was the co-founder of Travelscape.com and later on acquired The Golden Nugget hotel-casino properties. He also became a weatherman and sportscaster for KHIZ-TV in California.

He studied at the University of San Diego.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 35,789 home sales in Unincorporated Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median price of $122,000.
