Heather Gouldsmith sold a five-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 2255 Morning Mesa Ave. in Henderson to Robert H. Obrien Lii and Linda Caroline Obrien for $330,000 on Oct. 15.
Goudsmith, together with Marshall Goudsmith, paid $395,000 for the property in Nov. 2003. The 2,851-square-foot house was built in 1997. It is located in Anthem/MacDonald Ranch.
Goudsmith is the head baseball coach at University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Prior to that, he was third base coach at Tulane University and assistant coach at American River College in California.
He received his master's degree in sport management from United States Sports Academy and his degree in business administration from California State University.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 91,666 home sales in Henderson during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $168,100.
