The 9,283-square-foot house was built in 2005 in the Summerlin North. It is located in the Summerlin Village subdivision.
Kenneth Lowman of Luxury Home of Las Vegas is the listing agent for the home.
Herbst is the chief executive officer of Herbst Gaming Inc., a company that operates over 13,000 slot machines in Nevada.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 35,059 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with median sales price of $122,000.
