Mitchell A. Trageton and Joan K. Trageton bought a five-bedroom, 5.5-bath home at 11655 Evergreen Creek Lane in Las Vegas from Frank R. Camacho and Jane S. Camacho for $1.05 million on Nov. 8.
The 4,732 square-foot property was built in 2004 in Summerlin North. It is located in the Red Rock Country Club at Summerlin subdivision.
Mr. Trageton serves as a senior vice president of architecture and operations committee member at Marnell Companies, a commercial and office building contractor. He has been a registered architect in the state of Nevada and a member of the American Institute of Architects and The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.
He earned B.A. in architecture from North Dakota State University.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 22,589 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $110,000.
