Stephen B. Yoken sold a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 10412 Carmel Mountain Ave. in Las Vegas to Marilyn Strong and Michael Strong for $332,500 on Dec. 9.

Yoken bought the property for $285,000 in June 1999. The 3,116-square-foot house was built in 1997 in Summerlin North.

Mr. Yoken is a partner at Snell & Wilmer LLP, where he concentrates his practice in real estate, including purchases, sales, leasing, and development issues. He was a former shareholder at Gordon & Silver, Ltd. and senior counsel at Bank of America in San Francisco, California.

He received his J.D. from Yale University Law School and his B.A. from Harvard University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 22,589 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $110,000.
