Jillyn Pendleton bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 532 Mia Isabella Court in Henderson from Joshua Littleton for $289,000 on Dec. 3.

Littleton paid $438,300 for the property in Feb. 2008. The 2,989-square-foot house was built in 2007 in Anthem/MacDonald Ranch.

Pendleton is the assistant principal of Clark County School District.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 9,872 condo sales in Henderson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $165,000.
