Auto dealership exec acquires Charleston CDP 2BD

Shawn M. Dettrey and Cathlyn M. Dettrey bought a two-bedroom, one-bath home at 100 Matterhorn Way in Mount Charleston CDP from Eric Christensen and Vern Christensen for $270,000 on Nov. 10.

The Christensens paid $217,000 for the property in October 2009. The 1,022-square-foot home was built in 1965.

Dettrey is the CFO at Fletcher Jones Management Group, an automobile dealership company.

He attended USC.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 32 home sales in Mount Charleston CDP during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $200,000.
