Toby Amsel and Richard Aronsohn have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 68 Quail Run Road in Henderson for $495,000.

Rob Jenson of RE/MAX Central is the listing agent for the home.

Aronsohn and Amsel paid $775,000 for the property on March 2005. The 3,431-square-foot house was built in 1987 in the Greater Green Valley. It is located in Quail Ridge Estates subdivision.

Amsel is a middle school math teacher at the Adelson Educational Campus in Las Vegas. Previously, she was a teacher at Jewish Day Schools throughout the southwestern United States.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 9,872 sales in Henderson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $165,000.
