Jeffrey Skouson and his wife, Rebecca, sold a five-bedroom, 5.5-bath home at 1340 Casa Del Rey Court in Las Vegas to John and Tina Goss for $400,000 on Jan. 28.

The Skousons paid $349,000 for the property in Aug. 1997. The 4,494-square-foot house was built in 1995 in Southwest Las Vegas.

Mr. Skouson is a singer, producer, pianist and a voice instructor at Skouson Vocal Studio. He is a former musical director at Tuacahn Center for the Performing Arts.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 22,589 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months with a median sales price of $110,000.
