Jovita Alphonse and Forsythe Markus bought a three-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 2245 Green Mountain Court in Las Vegas from M&I Bank FSB for $575,000 on Mar. 8.
The property has been acquired for $472,425 in Dec. 2009. The 2,837-square-foot house was built in 2000 in Summerlin North. It is located in the Rock Country Club At Summerlin subdivision.
Alphonse works as human resources manager at Nike. Prior to her current position, she was risk management consultant with the company.
She received her B.S. in finance and marketing from Lundquist College of Business at the University of Oregon.
