Mr. Winner, a litigation and trial lawyer, is a partner at the law firm Atkins Winner & Sherrod, a law firm in Las Vegas, Nevada. His practice areas include personal & commercial lines insurers, personal injury defense, bad faith, insurance coverage, alternative dispute resolution, workers' compensation defense and questioned claims. He previously was a partner at the law firm Edwards Hale.

He earned his bachelor's and law degrees from the University of Nebraska.

Ms. Winner, an administrative law specialist, is with the law firm of Atkins Winner & Sherrod. Her practice areas include liability defense and insurance coverage. She also serves as an administrative law judge at the Nevada Taxicab Authority. She previously worked with the Nevada Attorney General's office.

She attended the University of Denver and the University of Nebraska. She earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law.
