Mark K. Gangeness and Judy Renee Gangeness sold a four-bedroom, 4.5 bath home at 9612 Grand Isle Lane in Las Vegas to Richard A. Etter and Nancy K. Etter for $865,000 on March 17.

The Gangeness paid $1.267 million for the property in May 2005. The 4,447-square-foot house was built in 1999 in Summerlin North.

Mr. Gangeness is vice president of information technology at Time Warner Cable. He previously held the same role at Cox Communications for more than 20 years.

He attended Drake University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 22,589 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $110,000.
