Regional Vice President settles in Henderson 4BD

Frank A. Muscolina and Clare M. Muscolina bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 2701 Chateau Clermont St. in Henderson from Dennis V. Gallagher and Nina Marie Gallagher for $419,000 on March 21.

The 3,103-square-foot house was built in 2007 in Seven Hills. The Gallaghers acquired the property for $560,740 in Dec. 2007.

Muscolina serves as regional vice president at Harrah's Entertainment. He previously was vice president of human resources at Harrah's Lake Tahoe Hotel & Casino.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 11,738 home sales in Henderson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $165,000.
