Adam Hamdy and Virginia Clark sold a five-bedroom, 3.5-bath at 2784 Culloden Ave. in Henderson to Michael J. Grossman for $364,000 on March 22.
Hamdy and Clark paid $700,000 for the property in Aug. 2007. The 4,932-square-foot home in the Seven Hills Area was built in 2007.
Hamdy has served as general manager of the boutique hotel Dinah's Garden Hotel in Palo Alto, California. He previously served as general manager of the Crowne Plaza in Palo Alto, regional director of food and beverage at the Red Lion Casino and Resorts in Nevada, and vice president and general manager of the LeBaron Hotel in San Jose.
He studied business at Berlin University and earned a hospitality management certificate from the University of Holiday Inn.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 9,872 home sales in Henderson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $165,000.
