Caterina Senecal sold a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 2128 Point National Drive in Henderson to John Halpin and Jackie Halpin for $340,000 on March 30.
She acquired the property for $629,000 in Dec. 2007. The 3,436-square-foot house was built in 2007 in Seven Hills Area.
Senecal is a Stott Pilates instructor in private practice Las Vegas. She has more than 20 years of extensive experience in the field.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 10,277 home sales in Henderson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $165,000.
