Bristol Marunde bought a three-bedroom, three-bath at 2344 Martinique Ave. in Henderson from Aubrey Buck for $310,000 on April 14.

Buck paid $470,000 for the property in Aug. 2008. The 2,826-square-foot home in the Seven Hills Area was built in 2006.

Marunde is a mixed martial artist. He currently trains at Xtreme Couture and Warrior Training Center in Las Vegas with other fighters such as Randy Couture and Forrest Griffin.

He attended Washington State University with his older brother, the late Jesse Marunde, who was a professional strongman.

Buck is an agent at the Southwest office of Realty ONE Group.

Marunde previously sold his homes at 10753 Ackers Drive and at 1501 Homeward Cloud Ave. in Unincorporated Las Vegas for $165,000 in Nov. 2009 and $140,000 in April 2010, respectively.

Buck previously sold her homes at 2225 Boutique Ave. in Henderson and at 1131 Aldenwood Ave. in Unincorporated Las Vegas for $385,000 in April 2010 and $169,000 in Sept. 2010, respectively.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 9,872 home sales in Henderson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $165,000.
