Director buys Summerlin North 3BD for $1.096M

Susan Gawkowski bought a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 11690 Evergreen Creek Lane in Las Vegas from Thomas D. Raney and Eileen F. Raney for $1.096 million on April 15.
The Raneys paid $1.45 million for the property in May 2006. The 3,823-square-foot house was built in 2003 in Summerlin North located in the Rock Country Club At Summerlin subdivision.
Ms. Gawkowski is director of administration and executive assistant at Lonergan Partners, an executive search firm. She previously served as executive assistant at American Infrastructure Funds. She also worked as an executive assistant and research associate at Heidrick & Struggles.
She attended Capital University Law School and Grand Valley State University.
Ms. Raney is a health care consultant with 30 years of management consulting experience in health care industry. She previously served as national managing partner for research & development at Deloitte.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 34,888 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $121,000.
