Michelle Rimler bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 204 Popolo Drive in Las Vegas from Mitchell G. Brodsky for $375,000 on April 22.
Brodsky paid $346,993 for the 2,835-square-foot property in July 2003. It was built in 2003 in Summerlin North.
Ms. Rimler is a creative retail designer and serves in retail branding, designing, and visual merchandising, at Huntington Design Projects. She was previously a corporate retail director at Station Casinos, Inc. She has also served as a visual merchandising director at Marshall Retail Group. She was a district visual merchandising manager at Banana Republic, a visual merchandising manager at Robinsons-May, and a regional presentation coordinator for Limited Brands.
She holds an associate of arts degree in merchandising communications, with special emphasis on visual merchandising, store design, and communications, from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising She holds a BFA in interior architecture and design from the Academy of Art University.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 22,589 home sales in Las Vegas in the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $110,000.
