James E. Zurbriggen and Patricia E. Zurbriggen bought a two-bedroom, two-bath home at 5004 Rivedro St. in Las Vegas from Gary L. Bousquet and Diana D. Bousquet for $310,000 on April 19.
The Bousquets paid $303,142 for the property in Aug. 2003. The 2,076-square-foot house was built in 2004 in Summerlin North. It is located in the Sun Colony at Summerlin subdivision.
Mr. Zurbriggen is a co-owner and managing member of American Commonwealth Mortgage Company. Previously, he served as executive vice president for more than 15 years at American Bank of Commerce.
He received his B.B.A. in management from The College of Santa Fe.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 34,888 home sales in Las Vegas during the last 12 months, with a median sales price of $121,000.
