Steven and Jill Peate sold a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 31 Morninglow Pass in Henderson to Brent and Meredith Berger for $460,000 on May 13.

The Peates paid $740,000 for the property in July 2007. The 3,848-square-foot house in Seven Hills was built in 2004.

Mr. Peate is vice president of hospitality at Ameristar Casino in St. Charles. He most recently served as director of food and beverage at Station Casinos. He has also served as director of beverage at Wynn Las Vegas and as senior manager of West Coast Operations at The Walt Disney Company.

Mr. Berger serves as vice president of sales and marketing at Las Vegas Kids Directory, a monthly printing family publication.

The Peates previously sold a home at 343 Brilliant Summit Circle in Henderson for $499,900 in July 2005.

The Bergers also sold a home at 9011 Ridgpointe Way in Las Vegas for $369,000 in Jan. 2010.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 9,872 home sales in Henderson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $165,000.
