Fred J. Maryanski and Karen I. Maryanski have listed for sale a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 357 Vincents Hollow Circle in Henderson for $379,000.
Robert Frankenberg of Keller Williams Realty Southwest is the agent for the property. The 3,119-square-foot house was built in 1999 in Anthem/MacDonald Ranch. The Maryanskis paid $656,000 for the property in March 2005.
Mr. Maryanski was the past president of Nevada State College. Prior to that position, he served as academic vice president for academic affairs at the University of Connecticut. He also taught Kansas State University.
He obtained a bachelor's degree from Providence College, an M.A. degree from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. from the University of Connecticut.
