Gavin Patrick Maloof has listed for sale a six-bedroom, nine-bath home at 27 Eagles Landing Lane in Las Vegas for $9.95 million.

Robert Barnhart of Red Rock Realty has the listing. Maloof paid $10 million for the property in July 2007. The 13,489-square-foot house in Bard/Central Enterprise was built in 2006. It is located in the Southern Highlands subdivision.

Maloof is vice chairman of Maloof Companies, where he oversees the company's sports and entertainment operation. He currently serves as president of the Houston Rockets. He previously served as team president of the Birmingham Fire of the World League of American Football from 1990-92.

He holds a degree in speech and communications from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. He also attended the New Mexico Military Institute in Roswell, New Mexico.

Maloof also owns Unit #5506 at 4381 Flamingo Road in as Vegas. He paid $2 million for the property in June 2008.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 34,762 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $115,000.
