Laura Rubeli bought a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 11039 Ashboro Ave. in Las Vegas from Dave Lawrence for $330,000 on June 1.

Mr. Lawrence and Rhonda Lawrence purchased the home from Pipat Pattapong for $325,000 in Aug. 2003. The 3,723-square-foot house was built in 2001 in Summerlin North. It is located in the Glenbrook At Summerlin subdivision.

Ms. Rubeli is a professional image consultant at Laura Rubeli Image Consulting. She works with her clients to create a stylish wardrobe for both personal and professional success. Prior to her corporate image consulting profession, she worked in the financial field in New York City. She also had an earlier career in investment banking. She has appeared nationally on radio and television, most notably Lifetime's The Balancing Act and ABC's The Morning Blend. She writes a quarterly column for Las Vegas Woman Magazine called "Fashion Fixations with Laura Rubeli." Her tips and expertise have been featured in the Las Vegas Review Journal, More Magazine, and FitBeautiful Magazine, among others. She works with several non-profit organizations that provide clothing to disadvantaged women.

She was trained at and received her certification from the Sterling Style Academy in New York City. She is a member of the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI), the leading and largest professional association of personal and corporate image consultants worldwide.
