Talent management executive settles in Henderson

Christina and George Donelson bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 290 Kimberly Drive in Henderson from Marie A. Corn for $430,000 on July 25.

The 3,332-square-foot home in Black Mountain Area was built in 2002.

Ms. Donelson is vice president of talent management at Pinnacle Entertainment, a gaming and hospitality company based in the Las Vegas Valley. She most recently worked at Harrahs Entertainment, where she served as director of talent management and leadership services. Prior to that, she was a project manager at Korn/Ferry Futurestep. She has also served as a recruiting manager at Hudson Global Resources and at Hudson Highland Group.

She attended the University of Oklahoma and the University of Texas at Arlington.

The Donelsons previously bought homes at 4085 Pequeno Ave. in Las Vegas and at 254 Country Club Drive in Henderson for $163,000 in Oct. 2000 and $525,000 in Jan. 2007, respectively.

Corn also sold homes at 260 Kimberly Drive in Henderson and at 251 Longacres Drive in Henderson for $80,000 in Jan. 2004 and $42,000 in April 2003, respectively.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 10,684 home sales in Henderson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $150,000.
