Resort desk manager takes North Las Vegas 4BD

Arnold Needham Jr. bought the four-bedroom, three-bath home at 4412 Santa Clarita Ave. in North Las Vegas from Zenaida D. and Eulogio M. Santiago Jr. for $123,000 on Dec. 2, 2010.

The 2,070-square-foot Lamb & Tropical house was built in 2006 in North Las Vegas West. The Santiagos acquired the property for $316,894 in March 2006.

Needham works as a front desk manager at the Four Seasons Resort. He previously was an assistant general manager at La Quinta Inns and Suites.

He holds a business management degree from Florida State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 10,478 home sales in North Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $101,000.
