John S. Hraba and Kathleen M. Hraba sold a three-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 8100 Via Del Cerro Court in Las Vegas to Harold Mintz and Rebeckah Mintz for $600,000 on July 28.

The 4,876-square-foot house was built in 1997 in Southwest Las Vegas. The Hrabas paid $685,000 for the property in Jan. 2001.

Mr. Hraba is president of Casino Hotel & Resort Consultants, LLC, a company that provides professional consultation to the gaming and hospitality industry. He holds an extensive experience as a consultant to numerous hotel and resort companies such as Tropicana Las Vegas, MGM Grand, Foxwoodd Resort Casino and Mirage Resorts.

He holds a B.S. degree in hotel administration from Cornell University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 23,615 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $103,000.
