Legal duo moves in Las Vegas 3BD

Roger L. Grandgenett II and Felicia Galati bought a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 512 Proud Eagle Lane in Las Vegas from Lab Investments LLC for $440,000 on Aug. 25.

The property waspreviously acquired for $370,300 on June 28. The 2,973-square-foot house was built in 2000 in Summerlin North.

Grandgenett II is a lawyer at law firm Littler Mendelson P.C., where he focuses on labor and employment. He is a former adjunct professor on civil procedure and administrative law at the Community College of Southern Nevada.

He earned his B.A. in economics and political science from the University of Nebraska and his J.D. from University of Kansas School of Law.

Galati is a lawyer at law firm Olson, Cannon, Gormley & Desruisseaux. Her practice focuses on legal malpractice, insurance defense and professional liability.

She received her B.A. from York University and her LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 24,183 home sales in Las Vegas during the last 12 months, with a median sales price of $102,000.
