Rouzbeh Kordestani bought a three-bedroom, three-bath condo at 4575 Dean Martin Drive in Las Vegas from Hooi C. Choi for $390,000 on Aug. 25.

Unit #2812 is part of the Panorama Towers development, which was built in 2005. Choi paid $1.16 miilion for the property in Aug. 2007.

Dr. Kordestani specializes in plastic and reconstructive surgery with his own private practice in Amarillo, Texas. He is also a clinical instructor in the surgery department at Texas Tech University School of Medicine and
Medical Center. Concurrently, he is a limited partner at General Biomatix, Inc. and works for Four Points LLC in Oklahoma. He previously was medical director at Invitrx Corporation, limited partner at Analogous, Inc. and at Bayco Enterprises, and as consultant and project foreman at Frank Kord Corp.

He earned his B.A. in genetics from the University of California at Berkeley, his M.P.H. from Tulane University School of Public Health and his M.D. from Tulane University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at the University of Oklahoma, the University of California at San Francisco-East Bay and at the University of Texas and his internship at the University of California-Los Angeles.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 110 condo sales in Las Vegas during the last 12 months, with a median sales price of $203,750.
