Ronn H. Bailey bought a four-bedroom, 4.75-bath home at 7120 Pine St. in Las Vegas from Robert J. Navara and Kari Grove Navara for $625,000 on Aug. 24.

The Navaras paid $950,000 for the house in March 2006. The 4,842-square-foot house in South of Sunset was built in 1990.

Bailey is the founder, chief executive officer and chief technology officer of Vanguard Integrity Professionals. With more than three decades of experience in information security technology, he has worked with governmental agencies and Fortune 1000 companies worldwide, and has advised the governments of Australia, Brazil, Japan, and the United States regarding critical infrastructure security. He was a founding member and an elected member of the board of directors serving as treasurer for the International Security Trust and Privacy Alliance (ISTPA), an international association of companies and technology providers. He also co-founded the first IBM Resource Access Control Facility security user group.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 35,445 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $110,000.
